Dr. Yanmin Li

First local Ph.D. of metal material laser additive manufacturing from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Had been Senior Scientist and Project Manager in GE Global Research Center for 10 years and in charge of laser additive manufacturing projects for GE businesses, e.g metal leading edge of fan blade of Genx Engine, 3D printing for aircraft engine casing and blades, etc. Had been Application Manager of IPG Beijing Fiber Laser Technology Co. Ltd., established 3 application labs in China and was in charge of all local application programs, especially in laser cladding, 3D printing, laser cleaning and laser welding.

Dr. Hongyuan Shen

Ph.D. of Material Processing Engineering in Shanghai Jiaotong University. Had been Senior Processing Manager of top international company and in charge of advanced laser cladding & 3D printing technology development and implementation. 9 years experience in aircraft engine, gas turbine, steam turbine manufacturing and service work. Enacted normative documents and standards of manufacturing for plant.
